• All orders must be placed through our website, social media, or direct contact as specified.
   
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
   
• Custom orders must be finalized (including design, flavor, and size) before confirmation.
   

• All prices are listed in USD.
   
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
   
• Full payment (or required deposit) must be received before an order is confirmed.
   
• Payment must be taken through our website unless specified otherwise.
   

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable for custom or specialty items.
   
• Refunds will not be issued for:
   
  • Change of mind
     
  • Incorrect storage after pickup/delivery
     
  • Failure to pick up an order at the agreed time
     

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.

• Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
   
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup/delivery details.
   
• Once an order is picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
   
• We are not responsible for damage occurring after pickup.
   

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

• Wheat
   
• Eggs
   
• Milk
   
• Soy
   
• Nuts
   

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should consider this before placing an order.

We strive to match requested designs as closely as possible. However:

• Colors and decorations may vary slightly.
   
• Handmade items are unique and may not be identical to reference images.
   
• We reserve the right to decline designs that conflict with our values or policies.
   

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website.
   
• Not to copy images or content without permission.
   
• That all content (logos, photos, text) belongs to Cualtzin LLC unless otherwise stated.
   

Cualtzin Home Bakery is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions if allergens were disclosed.
   
• Damages resulting from improper handling after pickup.
   
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
   

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
